Top Venture Performance Horses, LLC welcomes horses of all levels. Whether you need help starting your youngster, advancing your riding career, tuning your show horse, or campaigning your performance horse for sale, we welcome you to meet with us to discuss a program designed specifically for you and take a tour of our facility.

Our full care board includes the following:
-12' x 12' rubber matted box stall
-Customized premium feeding program tailored towards the needs of your horse (Purina Mills) & Sunday Bran Mash
-Daily private turnout
-Scheduling of farrier/dentist/veterinarian
-Blanket/boot change/seasonal fly control
-Frequent haying
-Water buckets cleaned daily
-Use of all facilities (personal locker in changing room, cubby in tack room, use of arenas, trails, TV lounge, kitchen, etc.)
$700/month (Day care rate of $30/day < 30 days)

Training Board
-Includes all of the above plus the following:
-Daily grooming/bathing/tack cleaning/trimming
-Horses engage in a 5-6 day/week program individually customized for each horse depending on the goals of the owner
-Tailored towards campaigning the show horse, tuning and marketing the sale horse, problem solving, general training assistance.
$1300/month

Young Horse Training Board
-Includes full-care board
-Daily grooming/bathing/tack cleaning
-Horses are correctly handled frequently, and on a daily basis
-"Basics" are properly introduced and horses are gradually familiarized with leading, cross-tieing, tacking, bathing, lunging, free jumping, free lunging etc.
-Horses are started under saddle/over-fences/horse shown
$1500/month

Lessons
Riding lessons are available in Dressage and Hunters/Jumpers/Equitation. We would be happy to have you at our facility, or travel to your farm.
Private lesson- $60 (our facility), (Add $0.50/mile for travel)
Semi-private lesson-$50 (our facility), (Add $0.50/mile for travel)
Professional Ride-$60
Lunge lesson-$45 (our facility)

**There is a $20.00 ring fee for ship-ins.**

Horse Shows

Day
Horse show coaching day rate - $70
Horse show ride -$50/class (Dressage), $25/class (H/J)
Additional training ride - $30

Overnight
On a Non-Showing Day- Daily rate of $100 (includes coaching or training ride, cleaning stall, water/hay/grain, wrapping horses legs, bathing, hand walking/grazing, night check)
On a Showing Day- Daily rate of $125 (includes coaching and/or warm up ride, cleaning stall, water/grain/hay, wrapping horses legs, show bathing, hand walking/grazing, night check)

*These rates do not include entry fees or braiding.

Hotel fees for trainers and groom(s) will be split by the number of horses at the show.
The groom will be allowed $25/day meal money, which will be split by the number of horses at the show.
The cost of the grooming stall, setup stall and possible storage stall, will be split by the number of horses at the show.

Horse Sales

Buying

Commission = 10% of the selling price, minimum of $500
This includes:
-Locating the horse and/or speaking with the owner and trainer
-Analyzing videos of horse
-Traveling to horses (The buyer responsible for hotel fees, meals, and a day fee.  A full day is $200 and a half of a day is $100.)   -The day fee will be paid after the trip and will be subtracted from the final commission.
-Evaluation of horse
-Negotiating the price
-Setting up the veterinarian examination
-Evaluation of horse and rider combination
-Contracting a Bill of Sale

The Commission DOES NOT include:
-Cost of shipping horse to Top Venture Performance Horses, LLC       
-Board during trial period, if seller allows a trial
-Lessons during the trial period
-Professional training during the trial period
-Cost of shipping from Top Venture Performance Horses, LLC, if trial or vetting is unsatisfactory
                       

The evaluation does not guarantee the soundness or health of the horse.  It is strongly encouraged to have a thorough veterinarian examination performed with x-rays.   It is also suggested that the potential buyer be present during the examination.  If the buyer cannot be present and Sarah Berkowitz or Tami Glover assist the veterinarian during the examination, then additional fees may apply.

Selling

All horses being sold from Top Venture Performance Horses, LLC must be represented by Sarah Berkowitz and/or Tami Glover.

Trainer Commission - 10% of the selling price, minimum of $500 paid to the trainer that is representing your horse

This Includes:  
-Making videos, taking pictures and preparing advertisements (seller is responsible for advertising fees)
-Free listing of your horse on www.TopVentureLLC.com
-Contacting professional contacts
-Receiving calls from potential buyers
-Sending a copy of the “sale video” to potential buyers
-Arranging appointment for potential buyers to try the horse
-Showing horse to potential buyers
-Negotiating the price, if necessary
-Contracting a Bill of Sale

The Commission DOES NOT include:
-Cleaning horse up for potential buyer (clipping, grooming, etc.) if horse is only on base board. This service is included if horse is on training board.
-Cost of shipping ($1.50 per loaded mile, minimum of $50)
-Board during selling period
-Training during selling period
-Entry Fees during selling period
-Braiding for show, if necessary
