Training Programs and Rates
Top Venture Performance Horses, LLC welcomes horses of all levels.
Whether you need help starting your youngster, advancing your riding career, tuning your show horse, or campaigning your performance
horse for sale, we welcome you to meet with us to discuss a program designed specifically for you and take a tour of our facility.
Our collaboration with equine nutritionists, farriers, veterinarians, chiropractors and equine massage specialists ensures
that each horse receives the individual care they require and deserve. We have a superior staff at Top Venture, with a devoted
team who dedicates themselves 100% to the well-being of the horses.
Basic Care Board (Includes two lessons or training
rides/month)
-Rubber matted 12' x 12' box stall cleaned daily and bedded on straw -Customized premium feeding program tailored towards the needs of your horse (Progressive
Nutrition, Pennfield , Buckeye) *Shredded Beet pulp is supplied at no additional cost from November 1st through March 31st.
All supplements, including fat supplements (i.e. Rice bran, Envision, Ultimate Finish, etc) are administered at no additional
cost, but must be supplied at the owner's cost.-Daily turnout
(rain or shine)
-Blanket/boot change-High quality hay
(Timothy and/or orchard grass mix in warmer months, Orchard/Timothy/Alfalfa mix--a maximum of 50% alfalfa in cooler months)-Water buckets/troughs cleaned daily-Bi-monthly wormer (three-way rotation)-Scheduling of farrier (every 4-6
weeks, depending on horse), dentist (Mark Cheshire) for quarterly or semi-annual checks/floats, veterinarian (vaccinations,
emergency care)-Night Check between 9pm and 10pm (Owner,
trainer, manager live in premises)
-Use of all facilities PA:
$750.00 (Main Barn) or $500.00 (Bank Barn)*Lessons are not included at the Bank Barn
Consignment Board
-Includes daily horse care and basic grooming/bathing -Trimming whiskers, ears,
mane pulling -Natural horsemanship ground sessions if needed-Horses receive free listing on www.topventurellc.com (additional advertisements are the responsibility of the owner)-4-6 Training sessions/week (includes complimentary horse show rides)
-Tailored towards
tuning and campaigning the sale horse (show entry fees, braiding, and trailering are the responsibility of the owner)$800-$1000 (Limit of approximately 2 months) plus 15% commission
Full Service Board: (Includes two lessons or training rides/month!) -All of the above plus: -Tack cleaned 5 days/week -Horse groomed
5 days/week -Trimming, mane pulling, clipping fetlocks, ears, face -Horse tacked for owner 5 days/week -Laundry washed and folded $1000.00* Not offered in the Bank Barn
Training Board
-Includes daily horse care and basic grooming/bathing
-Tack cleaning /laundry service-Trimming whiskers, ears,
mane pulling -Natural horsemanship ground sessions -Horses engage in a 3-6 day/week program
individually customized for each horse depending on the goals of the owner
-Tailored towards campaigning the show horse,
tuning and marketing the sale horse, problem solving, general training assistance.

$1200-$1500* All training horses will reside in the Main Barn
Young Horse Training Board
-Includes full service board
-Daily grooming/bathing/tack cleaning
-Horses are correctly handled frequently, and
on a daily basis
-"Basics" are properly introduced and horses are gradually familiarized with leading, cross-tying,
tacking, bathing, lunging, free jumping, free lunging etc.-Natural
horsemanship ground sessions
-Horses are started under saddle/over-fences/trail ridden/horse shown$1500.oo
Riding Lessons
Riding lessons are available in Hunters & Equitation (Sarah) and Jumpers
& Natural Horsemanship (Donal).
