MOZART
(HAARLEM) NEW!

Mozart is a 16.1 hand 1994 KWPN Dutch gelding by Haarlem, and was imported from Holland by Colourfields Farm as a five year old. He is an exceptional jumper who has excelled in both the hunter and jumper ring. He has competed up to the Level 7 Mini Prixs and through second level dressage. He is currently showing and winning in the 3'-3'6" hunter divisions. Mozart is extremely broke, easy, and a true junior/amateur packer. No vices. He has clean x-rays and very low miles for his age. The over fences winner and a good hack prize, Mozart has several great years left of showing and will be perfect for a timid junior or adult amateur looking to stand out on this flashy confidence builder in the hunter ring. Mozart is qualified for the M&S National Finals in the 3'5" Open Hunters and can be tried in Saugerties Sept. 10-14th.

FRANC 

(WOODSMAN)

Franc is a 16.1 hand 1996 French Throroughbred by Woodsman. Franc was a successful steeplechase horse, both in the US and in France, winning several big races. He is very well balanced to the jumps and extremely scopey over fences. He has found success at the handful of shows he has attended, with blue ribbons in the level 3s with Grand Prix rider, Jack Mosely. Franc is extremely athletic and careful, but is not for a beginner rider. He is sound, goes cross country, and has great barn manners. Can be tried in MD or PA. TOP CALL (NOT FOR LOVE)

Top Call is a 2000 15.3h TB gelding by Not for Love. He is a lovely mover with auto swaps and an educated mouth. He has a huge jump with exceptional form and uses himself impressively.  Currently jumping 3'6" courses, "Fivel" would make an excellent lower level eventer or pony club mount. Invitation Only is a 16.3 hand 2001 Irish gelding by Brandenburg's Windstar. The winner in the hack and over fences, "Zeus" has won top ribbons at A and AA rated horse shows, from HITS Saugerties to Ocala. He is currently ranked in top 10 nationally in the Marshall and Sterling League for the 3'5" Adequan Open Hunters. An expressive mover with an enormous stride, he is always noticed in the show ring. He has dressage training through 2nd Level, auto swaps and a soft mouth. Always jumps the best from any distance. Extremely broke both on the flat and over fences and impeccable barn manners. Serious inquiries only. Zeus is available for lease ($30k/full lease, $15k/half lease) to an approved show home.

INN HARMONY (INNKEEPER)

Harmony is a 2004 17H registered and branded Oldenburg mare by Innkeeper. She was started under saddle as a four year old, and has three balanced gaits. She is currently starting to jump small courses. Harmony is very athletic and extremely level headed. Quiet, no spook/buck/rear. She is very brave and eager to learn and work.  Harmony is well handled; stands for the farrier, crossties, and has excellent manners. She is an excellent amateur hunter or event prospect. ROOSEVELT SOLD

Roosevelt is a 16.2 hand 2000 Hanoverian gelding. He is currently competing and winning at the "A" rated shows, such as: Saratoga, Culpeper, Saugerties and Aiken, in the Younger Adult Amateurs. With his huge lopey stride that walks the lines, he has the scope to easily move up to the 3’6" or 4’ with more miles. "Tate" is always in the ribbons at top shows, both o/f and a good hack prize. This horse has a great mind and is very forgiving, perfect for a junior or amateur looking for confidence to move up. He hacks out and jumps cross country; no spook.

J.LO SOLD

J.Lo is a 15.2 hand 1998 grey Quarter Horse mare. She has been used to teach beginner lessons, and jumps around a 2'6" course. J.Lo is a cute mover and jumper, and loves to hack out cross country. No spook or any vices. Goes Engligh or Western. Excellent manners on the ground, stands for the farrier, and loves attention! J.Lo is offered to a loving home only.

CAPRICE (COR NOIR) NEW!

Caprice is a 17.1 hand 2000 Oldenburg mare by Cor Noir. She has been shown in First Level dressage and holds a lot of presence inthe show ring. Caprice is an expressive mover with an enormous stride and a great mind. She has started jumping 2'6"-2'9" courses, demonstrating a lot of scope over fences. She is adjustable to the jumps and never looks at the fences. Excellent big eq prospect! She hacks out cross country and has no vices. With her flashy look and beautiful conformation, she will inevitably stand out in the show ring. GABRIELLA (GAMBOL)

Gabriella is a 2003 16.2 hand registered Dutch Warmblood. She is built very uphill and carries a huge presence in the show ring. She is well-mannered, very bold, and has an excellent work ethic. She has been trained in dressage the past year, and was Training Level Champion at her first show, Dressage at Blue Waters, in Chesapeake City, MD. She won Training 3 and 4, with scores of 73.5. She has recently been started over fences and is extremely athletic. She is currently jumping around 2'6" - 2'9" courses and is very brave to the jumps with excellent form.  Gabriella will finish as a fancy equitation or dressage mount. Click here for a jumping video. CATARINA GH (CONTUCCI)

Catarina is a 2004 registered and branded Hanoverian mare by Contucci (Caprimond – Lungau – Akzent II), the 2005 USEF Dressage Breeding Stallion of the Year. "Cat" has been under saddle with a professional for the past year and has three very expressive, fluid gaits. She has a wonderful personality and is very easy to work with, both on the ground and under saddle. Catarina has been started over fences and is currently jumping small courses with a lead change. With her flashy look and big movement, she is an excellent dressage or hunter prospect. At her first dressage show, Catarina won the Four-Year Old Materiale and Suitability U/S classes with impressive comments from the judges and scores up to 8.5 for her gaits. Betty is a 2003 12.2h top of the line Small Division prospect by Section B Welsh Stallion, *Rhoson Pushkin. She is very fancy, has an auto lead change, and is kid safe. Betty is currently jumping 2'3" courses with a 9 year old, and is showing in the Short Stirrup, with numerous Champions from local and rated horse shows. She has a huge stride, and gets down the lines very easily. Excellent jump. Betty is conformationally correct and will model. Very beginner friendly, no prep at shows, no spook/buck/stop. J.D. ROCK'A'FELLA NEW!

"J.D." is a 2002 14.1h Welsh Pony Large Division prospect by Rocky Rabbit, out of a Robert's Rule mare, Highfield's Fancy Stuff. He will always win the hack, is a top prize over fences, and has won top ribbons on the line. Finished three years in a row (2003 - 2005) as P.H.B.A. (Pennsylvania Horse Breeders Association) Year-End Champion. J.D. is beginner friendly, and is showing and winning in the Children's with a lead change. He never peeks at the jumps, requires no prep at the horse shows, and has perfect barn manners. Easy and quiet! NO WHITE IN SIGHT

No White in Sight is a 2001 14.1 1/2 hand QH/Welsh solid black mare. "Mouse" is a very fancy flat-kneed mover with lots of scope over fences and a big step. She has a great mind and work ethic and just needs more horse show miles. She is currently jumping 2'9" courses with a lead change. She hacks out quietly, alone or in company. With several Pre-Children's wins at the few shows she has attended, Mouse will finish as a very fancy Children's pony or local Division pony. COCADOT

Cocodot is a 1998 13.2 hand (with permanent card) Welsh mare. "Coco" is a very fancy medium pony, with Championships from Ocala amongst impressive company. Wins the model and fences; a good hack prize as well. She is extremely quiet and well-mannered--no spook or stop--will tolerate leadline/beginner through pony pro. She clips, loads, cross-ties, stands for the farrier, etc. Coco is a fancy mover with a huge step, and is very easy, point and shoot, to the fences. TOP VENTURE'S GLAMOUR GIRL

SOLD Congratulations and best of luck to Locust Ridge Farm!

Glamour Girl is a 14.0 hand 2003 Welsh cross. She has been in professional training for the past year (dressage and hunters) and has proven to be very talented. With her flashy look and naturally correct conformation, she will undoubtedly find success as a Children's Hunter pony. Raisin is currently schooling 2'9" courses and is very brave to the jumps. She demonstrates correct form over fences and is a very point and shoot ride. She has a great attitude, is very easy to work around, and would be the perfect partner for a child who is looking to stand out in the show ring. Raisin has won classes and ribbons at the handful of horse shows she has attended (Top Notch, London Grove, and Blue Rock at Quentin Riding Club, Classic Oaks at Radnor Hunt), competing in the Pre-Children's with a ten year old. She needs no schooling at horse shows, and is extremely quiet in the ring, cross country, and away from home. Minimal prep, no stop, no spook, soft mouth, very straight-forward pony. She stands quietly for body clipping/trimming and bathing, crossties, is a very easy keeper.
